I'm Kevin Chapell, owner of Firehouse Property Inspections. For more than 23 years, I've served Northwest Arkansas as a firefighter and paramedic, currently as a Battalion Chief with the Rogers Fire Department. Throughout my career, I've evaluated thousands of residential and commercial properties and developed extensive experience in construction, structural concerns, electrical systems, fire behavior, water damage, HVAC, life safety, and hazard recognition.

• Bachelor of Science in Fire Science

• Master of Public Administration (Summa Cum Laude)

• CPSE Accredited Chief Fire Officer (CFO)

• Extensive training in building construction, fire behavior, electrical systems , life safety and hazard recognition

• And most importantly a dad and husband.
